2. Data collected
Browsing: the hosting provider records technical data (IP address, date and time, pages visited, browser) for security and the proper functioning of the website. The website uses no analytics tools or advertising cookies. Forms (offer request, tax quote request, company formation quote request): identity, contact details, information needed to prepare an offer (for example activity, turnover, brief family or asset information) and your message. Appointment request: name, contact details, reason, appointment type, proposed time slots and message. Calculators: nothing is transmitted or stored; calculations take place in your browser.
3. Purposes
To respond to your requests, prepare an offer or quote, and arrange an appointment. Your data is neither sold nor used for advertising.
4. Service providers and transfers abroad
Hosting and database services are provided by Replit, Inc., and e-mails are sent by Resend (United States). These transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP).
5. Retention
Requests and appointments that do not lead to an engagement are deleted after 12 months. If you become a client, your data is retained throughout the engagement and in accordance with legal obligations.
6. Security
RM Solutions takes appropriate technical and organisational measures and is bound by professional confidentiality.
7. Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, objection and delivery of your data by contacting admin@rmsolutions-ge.ch. You may also contact the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
